City of Charm

The Bundaberg Swim Team (and formerly Fairymead SC) has successfully hosted the City of Charm Carnival for the past 49 years.  City of Charm as it is known, is truly an inspirational meet in which to be involved. Attracting around 450 swimmers each year from 36 clubs across Queensland. The City of Charm meet is renowned for its smooth operation and the high level of competition leading into the Queensland Swimming Championships held in Brisbane each year. The Friday night to Sunday lunchtime program offers every event, relays, high team points($1,000) and dash for cash events. It is an ideal meet for a team event. The facilities are awesome with a warm up pool, fully automtic timing, scoreboard and backstroke ledges.

Winter Short Course

Our Winter Short Course meet is held the first weekend of the June school holidays. The meet is held at Bundaberg Swimming Academy as it's an indoor heated facility which also has an outdoor 25m pool for warm up and cool down. The meet program is from Saturday lunchtime to Sunday lunchtime allowing swimmers time to achieve well over the weekend.
